Conan O’Brien may be on his way to Fox, according to reports. The Irish-American “Tonight Show” host is said to be displeased that his time on air is about to be cut back.

His show will now start after midnight because a new Jay Leno slot has been created from 11.30 to 12.05.

Fox have previously indicated interest in O'Brien and he may well take the bait, according to insiders. He relocated to Los Angles to host the "Tonight" show and is believed to be upset his show has not had time to settle down before changes are being mooted.
O’Brien joked about the situation on Friday on "Tonight."

"We’ve got a great show for you tonight. I have no idea what time it will air – but it’s going to be a great show," O’Brien said in his monologue.

O’Brien added "NBC is going to throw me and Jay in a pit with sharpened sticks. The one who crawls out gets to leave NBC."

Fox currently runs syndicated programs in late night and O'Brien could be a huge draw for them.
