After missing out on an opportunity to sing for Prince Charles last year, singing sensation Susan Boyle will get her chance this year at the Daily Mirror's Pride of Britain Awards.

Boyle, 49, is said to perform her version of the Lou Reed classic "Perfect Day," for Charles and his wife Camilla next Monday.

SuBo was banned from singing "Perfect Day" in the U.S. recently by Reed himself.

The runner-up of Britain's Got Talent said "It's going to be a real privilege to be performing before His Royal Highness the Prince Of Wales," she said.

"It's going to be a great night. I can't wait to be there."

Subo thought she would be performing for the Prince last year at the Royal Variety Performance Show but her slot was given to the winners of "Britain's Got Talent," a dance troupe called Diversity.

By now SuBo is used to performing in front of high profile people.

A few weeks ago she performed for the Pope and has in her short few years as a celebrity met and sang with many big names.

She is also said to be making an appearance on U.S. television series, "Glee."
