Carol Moran Frohlinger

Carol Moran Frohlinger is a co-author of "Her Place at the Table: A Woman's Guide to Negotiating Five Key Challenges to Leadership Success." She also co-founded Negotiating Women, Inc, which provides practical skills training women can use immediately to be more successful at work.

Frohlinger gives talks to groups and organizations who understand that promoting and retaining talented women is good for women, good for men and good for the bottom line. She says that , "passion, drive and grit - characteristics of the Irish," shape her personal philosophy of life and work.

Known for her energy and informal style, Frohlinger has spoken at the Accenture Women Senior Executives Conference, the Association of Financial Professionals, Ernst and Young, JPMorgan Chase, KPMG International and the National Association of Women Lawyers. Her advice has been featured by NPR, Martha Stewart Living Radio and The New York Times among other mainstream media.

Frohlinger is first generation Irish American and traces her roots to Co. Kerry. She is a graduate of the College of Mount St. Vincent and holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law.

The Massachusetts native is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Irish American Bar Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, the American Society of Training and Development and Financial Women's International.

Frohlinger lives in Manhattan with her husband and has a daughter and a son.
