Women of Influence

Osder, Elizabeth Anne

Media and technology consultant with the Osder Group in Los Angeles, Elizabeth Osder has been a leader and pioneer in the adoption of new communications technologies by media companies.

Over the past 18 years, Osder has helped countless brands, including The New York Times and Yahoo among others, to make the journey from print to online.

A frequent speaker on technology, social media and publishing, Osder attended Mount Holyoke College, University of Missouri, and has a knight fellowship from Stanford University.

A second generation Irish American, Osder’s grandparents were born in Monaghan and Belfast.

“There are many words to describe what this heritage means to me, perhaps most important on that long lost are history, culture, family, roots, values, and connections. I am always blessed to have known I was of Irish descent, but now to be an Irish citizen is the greatest honor, and solidifies my connection to my real home,” says Osder.
