Brazil is a member of the Irish-style Links at Union Vale Golf Course in Dutchess County, New York.

Of her Irish heritage, she says, "Growing up in Ireland and then making my home in New York for the last 26 years has given me the best of both worlds.

"My Irish upbringing instilled in me appreciation for opportunities given to me, first by my parents whose lives' focus was on educating their children to give us a better life, and then for the opportunities provided to me here in New York to pursue the career I love and make contributions to my adopted city."
