In 2009’s Wall Street 50, we welcome new Irish and Irish-American faces as well as cheering on those past honorees who have withstood the economic downfalls that have surrounded us, and maintained their Irish spirit, humor and determination throughout. Our keynote speaker, Brian Moynihan, came from a small town in Ohio to become president of consumer and small business banking at Bank of America, and believes that the worst of the recent economic troubles are behind us. We congratulate this year’s Wall Street 50, and offer a special word of thanks to our sponsor and co-host of this year’s Wall Street 50 dinner, FTI Consulting, Inc.

The Wall Street 50 is a list of Irish Americans that focuses on the financial industry. The Stars of the South is a list of Irish Americans who have made their mark in the southern part of the United States. The honorees profiled were feted at Irish America's third annual Stars of the South dinner in Atlanta. Another list of Irish Americans is Women of Influence, which honors the women in the non-profits, the for-profits, arts, culture and small businesses who have achieved success in the U.S. The Legal 100 is a list of Irish Americans who are lawyers across the U.S. These Irish Americans share a passion for the law and pride in their heritage. Finally, Technology Leaders is a list of Irish Americans who combine cutting-edge technology with Irish network skills.
