Thomas D Weldon is the Chairman of The Innovation Factory and Accuitive Medical Ventures. The Innovation Factory is an incubator for early stage medical device technologies. Many medical device companies were started by The Innovation Factory, who raised over $150million in venture capital for them. Accuitive Medical Ventures is a venture capital company with $230m under management, investing exclusively in medical technology companies. Born in West LaFayette, IN, Weldon is a fifth generation Irish American with roots in County Meath. His plans for the future include continuing in the private equity business until retirement. Weldon is married with three children and resides in Amelia Island, Florida.
