Mike O’Hara is the Group VP of Operations at Boston Scientific, with responsibility for multiple manufacturing sites in Ireland and the US. Boston Scientific is one of the world's largest manufacturers of less invasive medical devices specializing in the areas of cardiology, endoscopy, urology and endoscopy. O’Hara has spent 25 years working with various US medical device companies including Boston Scientific, CR Bard and Baxter. Born in Zomba, Malawi to Irish parents, O’Hara was educated in Galway, and is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Galway, as well as Sheffield University.  He is married with three children, and lives in Cork.
