Raymond Mann is the former VP of International taxes at Wyeth, which was last year acquired by Pfizer. Pfizer is the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company, ranking number one in sales. The company is based in New York City, with its research headquarters in Groton, Connecticut. Mann is a fourth generation Irish American, and traces his heritage to Dublin and Kerry. Mann is a graduate of St Louis University and Michigan State University. Married with four children, Mann’s plan for the future is to continue encouraging US and other multinational companies and organizations to locate or expand operations in Ireland while working with the Irish government to create tax and other unique benefits to attract new investment, and the all important R&D. Mann resides in Madison, New Jersey.
