James Geraghty is a Senior Vice President at Genzyme, one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies. Genzyme has over 10,000 employees worldwide as well as a cutting edge manufacturing plant in Waterford, Ireland. Geraghty holds a BS from Georgetown University, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from Yale Law School. His previous roles included Head of European Operations and Head of Global Health at Genzyme affiliates. Geraghty was born in New York City, and is a second generation Irish American, with roots in Roscommon. He has four children and lives in Boston.
