John P Dunphy (Jack) is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a Boston based Biotech Company, which focuses on infectious diseases and develops drugs to overcome resistance to antibiotics as well as anti-inflammatories. Dunphy is educated with a BA in economics from Boston College, and a MBA from The Ohio State University. A second generation Irish American, all of Dunphy’s grandparents were born in Ireland, in Tipperary and Galway. Dunphy’s career goal is to continue to work in the biotech sector, and try to develop new therapeutics in order to cure people with life threatening diseases. Married to Alice, Dunphy has two sons, and he resides in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
