Thomas F. Doyle is the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at ViroPharma Incorporated, a global biotechnology company committed to developing and commercializing innovative products that address serious diseases and unmet medical needs, with a focus on products used by physician specialists or in hospital settings. ViroPharma has approximately 200 employees and its headquarters is located in Exton, Pennsylvania but has operations in Belgium, the United Kingdom, France and Switzerland. Previously, Doyle served as Vice President, General Counsel of ViroPharma from 1996 through 2007. A second generation Irish American, Doyle traces his heritage to Derry and Mayo.  Doyle is married to Melanie, and they have three children.
