STEPHEN Scallan practicing in commercial litigation, appellate litigation and white collar criminal litigation, Stephen Scallan is quickly building his reputation as a partner at Staes & Scallan PC in Chicago.
He is a member of the Chicago Bar and Illinois State and American Bar Association.  Named by Superlawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in 2008 and 2009, Scallan has successfully handled cases in legal malpractice actions, bankruptcy litigation, antitrust matters and partnership disputes among others.
An Evanston, Illinois, native, Scallan is a fourth generation Irish American who traces his heritage to Co. Wexford on his father’s side and Co. Limerick on his mother’s.
He received a BA from Northwestern University in Chicago. He then attended the University of Notre Dame Law School where he graduated in 1995.
Scallan is married with three sons and resides in the Chicago area.
