Quinn, Patrick Terence
PATRICK Terence Quinn is co-chair of the Capital Markets Department and a member of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP’s Management Committee in New York.
Quinn received a BA from Fordham University in New York, and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Quinn is the youngest person ever elected to the firm’s Management Committee. He is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. He is a frequent lecturer and panelist in industry conferences.
Quinn has traveled to Cairo at the invitation of the U.S. Commerce Department. There he participated as the securitization expert in a seminar concerning the development of the primary and secondary mortgage markets in Egypt.
Quinn is a first generation Irish American. His late father Louis is a native of Co. Armagh while his recently deceased mother, Mary, was a native of Co. Monaghan.
His brother is Sean Quinn of the band Sean Quinn and the Druids. His sister Mary Lou Schade is the founder of the Schade Academy of Irish Dance, where both of Quinn’s daughters have studied.
Quinn is married to Deirdre O’Connor Quinn and is a father of five.
