Tully, Neal
Neal C. Tully, partner at Masterman, Culbert and Tully LLP, is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also been admitted to the Federal District Court for Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
A 1973 graduate of Boston College Law School, he has a general civil litigation and appellate practice with a concentration in eminent domain, land valuation and land use and development. Tully has tried approximately sixty jury trials and an equal number of bench trials and arbitrations.
He is the former chairman of the Eminent Domain Committee of the Boston Bar Association, and has lectured and written articles on eminent domain and land valuation.
He was selected by Super Lawyers magazine in 2004, 2006 and 2007, and has been chosen by The American Lawyer as among the Best Lawyers in America for eminent domain and condemnation law for 2008.
Tully's father's side is from the Connemara area of Co. Galway and Cork, and his mother's side is from Tuam, Co. Galway and from Donegal.
