Donald T. Martin is a senior attorney at the New York State Liquor Authority, based in New York.

Martin earned a JD from New York Law School and an LL.M from the New York University School of Law.

Martin's parents emigrated to the U.S. from Co. Cork. He was a founding member of the Irish Immigration Reform Movement, and is a member of the Co. Cork Association.
