Lisa Maloney is senior vice president and senior counsel at Capmark Finance, a commercial real estate finance company headquartered Horsham, Pennsylvania with over 100 domestic and international offices and 2,400 employees.

Maloney earned a BA in politics from Fairfield University, and a JD from the Villanova University School of Law.

Maloney was an associate at two Philadelphia law firms before moving to Dublin. She spent a year working as an associate at William Fry Solicitors, where she was recognized as the go-to person for U.S. banking needs.

She then spent five years working as general counsel for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Bank Europe, PLC in Dublin, where she established and implemented a strategic plan for the start-up of GMACís European operations.

At Capmark, Maloney supports all legal activities of the North American lending, servicing and capital market divisions. Her additional responsibilities include global secretarial functions of the organization and the management of external counsel.

Maloney is a first generation Irish American, with roots in counties Mayo and Roscommon.  She visits Mayo twice a year, and her daughter Sarah was born in Dublin four years ago.

Maloney is a member of the Irish American Chamber of Commerce and the Irish American Business Chamber and Network.
