With more than 30 years of experience in white collar criminal investigations, congressional and corporate investigations, corporate governance issues and Washington legislative and political issues, Michael J. Madigan is an important litigation partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s Washington, D.C. office.

Madigan has tried more than 100 jury trials, and at the age of 30 served as chief counsel to Senator Howard Baker on the historic Senate Watergate Committee.

He also spent time as a partner at Akin Gump. Madigan received a BS from the University of Connecticut and a JD from Catholic University of America.

His Irish roots lie in Co. Cork. He is married with two daughters.
