D. Patrick Lewis is a partner and general counsel at the Eleison Group LLC in Arlington, Virginia.

Prior to founding Eleison, the North Virginia native practiced law in Alexandria, during which time his practice was focused on employment discrimination, sexual harassment and civil rights violations.

Lewis worked on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, serving as deputy director for veterans’ outreach and deputy director for Catholic outreach.

Lewis served a four-year enlistment in the 3d United States Infantry Regiment, the U.S. Army’s famed Old Guard, at Fort Meyer, Virginia.

Lewis attended Pace University School of Law and is married with five young children.

He is a member of the Irish American Democrats organization and is a third generation Irish American from Wexford.
