James F. Kilcur is a member of Saul Ewing LLP’s Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice group in Philadelphia. He has significant experience in the areas of management, employment and labor relations as well as transportation, manufacturing, construction and health care.

Prior to his time at Saul Ewing, Kilcur worked for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority for 16 years, eight of which he spent serving as the general counsel, chief legal officer.

Kilcur is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He received a JD from Widener University, an MA from Lehigh University and a BA from DeSales University.

A member of the Irish American Business Chamber and Network, Kilcur traces his Irish roots back three generations to counties Wexford and Mayo. He is married with three sons.
