Dooley-Kent, Kevin
An attorney and solicitor at Conrad O’Brien PC in Philadelphia, Kevin Dooley-Kent has expanded his practice to include service to Irish businesses and law firms that need assistance with legal matters in the U.S.
Dooley-Kent represents corporations and professionals in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, focusing on class actions, civil RICO, director and officer liability, legal malpractice, fiduciary, trademark, copyright, and employment litigation. A substantial portion of his practice involves white collar criminal defense, including grand jury investigations overseen by U.S. attorneys’ offices, and the defense of clients in parallel civil litigations.
Dooley-Kent received a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School. While obtaining his BA from Boston College Dooley Kent participated in the Irish Studies program.
Dooley-Kent is a fourth-generation Irish American whose roots lie in counties Galway, Cavan, Kilkenny and Derry. He is married with four children.
