LAWRENCE F. Daly is a partner at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, PLLP, in Missoula, Montana.  From 2000-2008 he was the managing partner of the firm.
Daly earned a BS from Seattle University, and a JD from the University of Montana.
Daly entered private practice with Garlington, Lohn & Robinson in the fall of 1970. He has practiced primarily in the litigation field, focusing on medical malpractice defense, contract, construction and commercial litigation and product liability. He has extensive civil trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts.
Daly’s Irish relatives came to America from Co. Meath in 1839. He is a frequent traveler to Ireland, and is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Phil Maloney division in Missoula.
He was named Irishman of the Year by the Maloney division in 2006. A Vietnam veteran, Maloney was awarded a Bronze Star for his service.
Daly and his wife have two daughters and four grandchildren.
