JEFFERY A. Dailey is a partner at the Philadelphia firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where his practice focuses on business litigation involving securities laws, accountants’ liability, banking, privacy laws, insurance issues, business tort and contract.
Dailey received a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and a JD from the Syracuse University College of Law.
For four years running Dailey has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer—Rising Star, a designation given to only 2.5% of lawyers in Pennsylvania under 40, based on surveys conducted by Law & Politics magazine.
Dailey, a member of the Irish American Business Chamber Network, traces his Irish ancestry to counties Cork and Clare.
Dailey and his wife Lisa have two sons, Kyle and Gavin. .
