Katlheen M. Collins works in the Port Authority of New York New Jersey Law Department in the PANYNJ’s New York City office. She attended St. John’s Law School after graduating from St. John’s University magna cum laude.

Collins is a member of the New York State Young Lawyers Section’s Executive Committee, and the New York State Tax section. She served as chair of the Young Lawyers Division Disabled Lawyers Committee from 1990-92.

Collins has written on the topics of public transportation and is admitted to the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and U.S. Tax Court.
