Christopher Casey is a partner at Dilworth Paxson LLP in Philadelphia. He concentrates his practice in white collar criminal defense, media law, antitrust and commercial litigation.

Casey received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross, and a JD from the George Washington University National Law Center.

Casey represents the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus on variety of governmental compliance issues, and various media entities and reporters in defending subpoenas and defamation suits.

Prior to joining Dilworth Paxson, Casey was assistant U.S. attorney, Middle District of Pennsylvania, from 1999–2006. Prior to that he was an antitrust litigation attorney at the Federal Trade Commission from 1990-1995.

Casey traces his Irish ancestry through his father five generations ago.  He is a member of the Irish American Business Chamber and Network.
Casey is married with three children.
