<p>Berry earned a BA and JD from St. John&rsquo;s University. He is a member of the association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.&nbsp; <br />
Berry&rsquo;s maternal and paternal great grandparents, the Berrys and Tynans, emigrated from Co. Cork. </p>
<p>Berry and his wife Kerry have two children, Kevin and Bridget.<br />
