The extradition will NEVER happen. The Irish are loath about sending one of its citizens to the U.S. for tial because of the draconian sentences. The Irish see jail as a no-no. Rehabilitate in the community is the name of the game. One woman who was found guilty of abusing and starving her 8 kids over many years was sentenced to 24-years in jail. Sound good? The judge suspended the last 16 years. And with 1/4 off for good behavior she do 3-years total. This is a common occurance. The newspaper headlines show the phoney sentence and everyone thinks the person is being put away for a long time but when you read the end of the story the truth comes out. Check the number of Irish citizens that have been actually been extradited to the U.S. in the past 20-years.
