Chicago is not a really bad place...most of the time. Like any big city, there is crime. It just seems there is an awful lot of it lately.....Natasha's story is just one of many similar injuries/killings taking place on the streets - mostly gang related. I just ran into a friend the other day at a neighborhood diner who helped with the fundraising and she thought there was over $600,00 raised for Natasha. Chicago is a good place afterall. Full of neighborhoods and families just trying to live their lives and helping others when the need arises.

A seventh son of a seventh son holds sway in the Irish psyche. Buttoned as a 'Faith Healer'. Faith is not the issue here. This young girl had and has her own connection to the Divine. Enough already of this superstitious stuff.

And more people do NOT die of ATTACKS IN CHICAGO than in Iraq or Afghanistan. That is ridiculous. But then, if I may made an ad hominem observation, this person is signed "Christisall."

So the seventh son of a seventh son "is convinced" that this young woman will fully recover. Well maybe she will -- they young have remarkable recuperative powers. That's why we harvest their stem cells. My question, however, is why is this visit "news"? Surely Irish Central doesn't think that the seventh son has actual powers that can be empirically measured and cited as the absolute cause of healing. What we have here is a terrible assault, a recuperating teen, desperate parents, the kind willingness of a so-called "faith heeler" to acquiesce to their request and give them comfort and -- NOTHING ELSE.
