Isn’t it grand how quickly certain posters can’t wait to tell us how irrelevant the British Royal Family are to them…if they’re so irrelevant, just ignore them, and don’t waste valuable space with Anglophobic tirades. As to their name change, young George De Valero did much the same thing, for much the same reason…and as to Nazi sympathies, let’s not forget Sean Russell and his cronies.

I am fully supportive of the peace momentum. I strongly support the Good Friday Agreement. I thought that Gerry Adams should have received the Nobel Peace Prize for his leadership to bring peace including his historic speech to the Worldwide Irish Diaspora when he said it was "time to take the gun out of Irish Politics.(August 1993)"
However, the irrelevance of the the British Crown is as true today as it was throughout the recent war. The SaxeCoburg and Gotha German family that has "ruled England" for the past 100 years is truly irrelevant! Who Cares what Charles Saxe-Coburg does! It was a nice touch for him to learn English. Do all of them speak English now? Any Nazi sympathizers still laying about in Windsor Castle?
